Tebogo Loate – Director (B.Com. Hons(FAPM), Mphil)

Tebogo qualified with a B.Comm Hons degree at the University of Pretoria in 1998 and went on to complete his honors in Financial Analysis and Portfolio Management at UCT. He is currently completing his masters in Entrepreneurship and Small Business management at the University of Pretoria. His dissertation study is investigating the impact of employing best-practice-based, computerized Production Planning and Control Systems in the South African Manufacturing Sector. Tebogo has worked as a Financial Accountant and Systems Accountant for the South African Bureau of Standards since 1999. His experience includes managing the entire financial accounting function for one of the SABS subsidiaries, designing and implementing systems processes, managing systems administrative and financial processes on JD Edwards and designing and conducting end-user training. He was also involved in the ERP systems implementation project when the SABS migrated from JDE World to JDE Oneworld/Peoplesoft Enterprise One. Tebogo currently manages Applisential’s contract with the SABS for the provision of all end-user training requirements. He is also managing the Mine Health and Safety Contract for the provision of monthly financial management and accounting services.

Applisential also offers back office outsourcing solutions targeted at small and medium sized enterprises. As a complimentary service Applisential also offers business-process-based ERP systems training to its clients in an effort to ensure that both technological and human capital are developed in concert.

Victor Dos Santos – Director

On completion of his articles with the then Ernst & Whitney, Victor was appointed as company secretary to Karino Farms Group of companies in 1980. Three years later he was appointed Director of Odyssey Computer Services (Pty) Ltd where he was responsible for on-line computer services. He later joined Sage Computing (Pty) Ltd as Sales Manager. He founded Vian Industries, an ERP software distribution, implementation and IT outsourcing, which he then later sold to EOH Limited. Victor joined EOH as Business Development Manager. Victor went on to found EOH Mauritius Limited in 2001 and was appointed MD. Victor returned to SA and joined J-Enterprise, a division of EOH as Project Manager. Victor’s extensive experience includes auditing and financial accounting, financial management, business management, designing, implementing and managing outsourcing contracts, project managing ERP systems implementation projects, business analysis and systems integration consulting. Victor is responsible for Applisential’s service level agreement with Open Business Solutions where he manages business and systems analysis and integration projects. Victor has a passion for manufacturing process analysis and the technology enablement thereof.
